- Shipping & Delivery
We ship ALL items over $200 Freight Free to ALL Australian Major Metropolitan Areas. For non - metropolitan destinations and Tasmania, freight will be calculated and a quote will be forwarded to the customer.
For customers who require shipment to Tasmania, remote locations or where freight costs may be high, please obtain a quote from us for the freight before making your purchase.

Information about you, the customer, is never passed on to any other person, or organisation.
We do not store any credit card or payment details. All payments are handled directly through PayPal using their secure payment system.
We will collect and store information regarding you, the customer, so as to facilitate the sale procedure, any returns or warranty issues.
This information may include the following:

- Returns & Replacements For New Items
We can accept goods for return in the following circumstances, and then only if you have a valid receipt or other proof of purchase with this store:
1, The goods are materially defective. By definition, this is a fault in manufacture or defect in operation, unless you were informed of such fault or defect at time of purchase.
If discovery of the defect occurs within 14 days of purchase, we may offer a new item in exchange or the item will be repaired depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. The defect may require confirmation by our supplier, in which case an exchange may be delayed.
If discovery of the defect occurs after 14 days from purchase, normal manufacturer’s warranty conditions apply. Please be aware that warranty exchanges may take from a few days, to a month or more, depending on the supplier, and stock availability.
The customer will incur all return freight costs if the product is not deemed a warranty under the manufacturers normal warranty procedure.
2, The goods were not as described to you by the sales person. You will need to have a careful record to prove this, and you need to contact us within 14 days of purchase.
We are not obliged to accept return of goods purchased from our store because you have decided not to keep them or have made a mistake in your purchase. If we do decide to accept the return of the goods no refund will be offered. We will exchange the item for another item or will offer a store credit for future purchases. Please make your purchase with this in mind. You will need to pay the freight or postage costs when returning goods to our store.
If we agree to accept goods for return, and the goods returned are not as supplied to you, or are not in as-new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the goods.
Returns & Replacement For Used Items
1, All goods are sold as is and returns or replacement will be made at the discretion of Guitar Village.
2, All freight costs will be beared by the purchaser.
